Telephone Policy

Our physicians make every effort to return non-emergency phone calls. Calls are usually returned at the end of the day. This policy ensures a minimum of interruptions during patient visits. Please leave a daytime and evening phone number when you call.

You will be called and a follow-up appointment will be made if there is an abnormal lab value or test result. Keep in mind, all tissue samples require at least five to ten (5-10) working days for results. Please contact our office if no communication is made with you within 2 weeks of your test. Requests for routine prescription refills should be made during normal business hours. After hours requests for prescription refills will be filled the following business day.
